We are delighted to introduce our new Head Chef, Richard Sutherland, and his new menu here at The Cheshire Cat. Chef and team have been working extremely hard on dishes for our Winter Menu and we hope we have something to offer everyone. The menu focuses on fantastic flavours with slow-cooked meats, a warming butter chicken curry and a fantastic smoked haddock chowder – perfect for the colder months running up to Christmas.
We have of course retained our ever popular “Tapas” dishes but have introduced some new dishes alongside the old favourites. We have some fantastic new additions to starters (try our Homemade Scotch Egg with Black Pudding Soil!) and some extremely tempting desserts, such as the Warm Dark Chocolate and Orange Fondant.
